All official versions for download are here: http://sourceforge.net/project/showfiles.php?group_id=285 any other stuff on my web site was just for testing so I discarded it. The latest version is 1.2.2. There is also a patch for compounds at: http://sourceforge.net/patch/?group_id=285 You can check out the CVS to see what the next version will look like. Lots of goodies :-) I haven't updated the web site to reflect the 1.2.2 version but I should do so shortly to avoid more confusion. I believe the Java generator code was tailored for the 1.2.0 version. I don't know if it would still work with the 1.2.2.
