[vtcl-user] does Bwidget still exist?

In vtsetup, I can select to use the BWidget lib. Does anyone know where I can
find it? All links to it seem to be dead, or (on scriptics) I get pointed to
Tcllib (or something like that).

Can someone give me some light?
