[vtcl-user] how does "save-with-binary" work?

When saving with binary, I got the message that 
"/usr/local/vtcl/Freewrap/i586-Linux-unknown/bin/freewrap" can't be found.

I installed freewrap4.4 (with BLT-capabilities, and put a copy in the directory
specified above, but then after a while, everything hangs...

Is this feature supposed to work?
