Are you running Tcl/Tk 8.3.0 or 8.3.2 ?

| Subject: [vtcl-user] unknown option -state in Menu Editor
|
|
|
>-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------|
Hi Folks,
I'm just now getting around to trying vTcl 1.5.1b4 (and TCL 8.3 on
Win95b) after downloading it a couple of weeks ago. (My previous
version was the last before Christian and Damon began working on it.)
Now after trying to add a menu to a toplevel by clicking in the
attribute editor, it gives me the error "unknown option -state" and I'm
left with the menu editor displayed but having the accelerator label
and edit box enabled (everything else is disabled). I checked the
menus.tcl file and it's the "accelerator" case of the switch in
::menu_edit::enable_controls that starts the problem (actually it's the
eval in vTcl:WidgetProc) I tried downloading itcl31 stuff and put it in
the tcl/bin dir, but that doesn't fix the problem.
Anybody run into this before?
