Could you tell me what problems you are experiencing ?
Are you installing from the tar.gz, the .RPM or the .EXE and on
what platform with what version of Tcl/Tk ?

PS: There is a patch for the startup bug (if you didn't have run
vTcl before, you would get an error starting vTcl 1.5.1) on
SourceForge in the patch manager.
