Yes, this is correct. My Windows installation of ActiveTcl 8.3.4 does not
contain BLT and Tix.
You have to install these 2 packages separately.

Hi,
I tried typing "package require Tix" and "package
require BLT" on the command console of visual tcl.
However, I received the "can't find package Tix" and
"can't find package BLT".
Is it because Active Tcl in windows version doesn't
come with these 2 packages?
