freewrap does not include Itcl. You could use prowrap from TclPro, it is also a wrapper and it contains Itcl.
Or, refrain from using any [incr Widgets] (the ones in blue in the toolbar) if you can. You could also package Itcl with your application, but this is more involved. The freewrap manual explains how to wrap Tcl/Tk extensions, decompress them to a temporary file and load them in memory (this is for binaries, for sources you can wrap and source them).
