This is off topic (not Visual Tcl), so forgive me and discontinue reading if I offend.
I'm planning to get me 6-yr-old the Intel QX3 computer microscope for his birthday.
The support SW is all for windoze, of course.
I have located a Linux hack that supports the device (it's a USB color camera
basically). This is in C++ (I just can't read that
stuff) and relies on the Qt library.
My question for tcl/tk people is, can I hack the Qt-dependent code into low level
functions to bind into wish, or are the canvass
widget and Qt incompatible. I'm just looking for a hand-waving guestimate from someone
who has more experience that I do (which is
just about everybody).
TIA for any guesses,
