Is anyone interested in helping packaging vTcl ? There's plenty to do to
update the RPM, generate the .tar.gz, the Windows installer, update the
release notes, the installation guide... and of course investigating
starkit.

Are people on this list aware of the term "Starkit"?  This is a term
for a construct that allows a Tcl application to be distributed as a
small compressed file that is potentially executable across various
platforms (assuming the application was written properly).

I was just curious whether anyone has taken a look at creating a vtcl
starkit - something that could be relatively trivally installed on
many desktops and demonstrate the power of vtcl/tcl/tk ...
