[vtcl-user] Help with Iwidget package

Hi I need some help - I can't load the iwidget package into vtcl.  I am using Windows 98 and have a folder C\:Tcl where I have installed ActiveState 8.4.3.0 and I have installed vtcl-1.5.2 in a folder in this directory.  Can anyone help??
