What I had intended to have said is all issues that predate the release of
vtcl-1.6.0 on August 18, 2003 I will be closing. If you have issues please
submit so we can know what is working and what is not. Also feel free to
submit code. I encourage developers interested in assisting in the project
as well to speak up.
