missing features towards an IDE (was: on-line help editor, anyway?)

First, I also like Vtcl very much. Is there anyone considering adding OCX
embedding to Tk, so that we can use it inside Vtcl? I know it's platform
specific etc etc, but there's such a large number of OCXs out there..
