 When you create a compound, it starts with the currently selected
 widget and traverses the widget tree taking the original widget
 and all children. Typically you would group widgets inside of a
 frame and selecting the frame before creating a compound. You can
 also use a toplevel as a container, but I haven't finished adding
 support for this and some toplevel properties are left off.

 You may be having a problem is you are using the "place" geometry
 manager and the radio buttons are not children on the frame. To insure
 that the radio buttons are children of the frame, make sure the frame
 is selected when you insert the radio buttons. You can also tell by
 opening the Window:Widget Info panel,
