 This is true. There is no "insert" at this point... but I will make it
 so that you can re-order the menu-items with the arrow keys in the next
 release.

 I thought that was a feature :) Perspective, I guess. If it's
 inconvenient, I'll fix it for the next release.

 found and killed the bug. thanks. it will be in the next release.

 that's a humdinger of a bug. sorry for the inconvenience, but I've fixed
 it for 1.09.
