A possible bug with Widget Browser window at VTcl 1.08

Hi, man! How did u go?
Fine I hope! :-)

I just finished to download the VTcl 1.08 & install.
In my first look at this new release, I could find
a possible bug with the window "Widget Browser" what
can be reached by the following:

     Window.Widget Tree

Now, try out to resize the windows with your mouse by
drag the border. At my site this is not possible.
At release 1.07 it was.
