This is a basic application question. Is vtcl suitable for my requirements:
To document the evolving user interface of a to-be-built system. I'm
looking for a drag-and-drop UNIX tool that would allow me to easily design
and modify screens. but not require scripting or programming.
Our site currently uses Tcl/Tk to graphically display network performance
data, but that is on the programming side of the fence; I am on the
documentation/training side of the fence.
(A bonus would be to generate a simple prototype).
