comp.lang.tcl Launching Pad. It's purpose is to gather in one place
a list of the FAQs relating to Tcl, Tk, and associated packages.
>From this point, not only are there pointers to the answers to frequently
asked questions, but there are pointers to the Tcl/Tk software catalogs,
which help folk find extensions to add new features to their Tcl environments.
