Visual Tcl 1.08b
February 11, 1997
Announcing the eighth beta release of Visual Tcl, a freely-available, high-
quality application development environment for UNIX, Windows and Macintosh
platforms. Visual Tcl is written entirely in Tcl/Tk and covered by the GNU
General Public License.
This release largely consists of bug fixes. The only interface changes
you will notice are that the attribute bar has improved greatly and most
panels have been converted to transient; this means that minimizing the
mail application will minimize all Visual Tcl windows. When used with
Tk8.0 the attribute bar also includes font selection.
