 Alex,

 This _might_ have something to do with Tk8.0. I remember having some
 resizing and movement issues with toplevels in NT and 95 during my
 testing... but it seems to have something to do with the way the
 window manager updates windows. On 95, if you have the plus pack, it
 does opaque moves on windows. This seems to cause havoc for Tk8.0.
 The same thing ocurs on NT, but you can turn this feature off.

 If you can possible try it, grab tk4.2 (tcl76.exe) from sunlabs
 ftp server and test vt-1.08 with it.
