OK, I got the above procedure to work for me, BUT, the resulting
cascaded menu will only work if I leave the name field blank. As soon
as I give it a name, I can't get the cascaded bit to work anymore. :-(
In fact, if I give the entry label a value _first_, then double-clicking
the <cascade> entry in the listbox won't even bring up the editor. It has
to be blank at this point too. This is why I couldn't get the cascade
editor to come up in the first place (earlier today).
If you can't duplicate this, I can write out exactly the steps that I
take.
