As a newbie to vtcl, and linux, I am looking for good visual tools which
are/use somewhat standard unix/linux stuff (as tcl/tk). My question is how
"complete" and "functional" is vtcl? Can one use it to develop software
for resale or is that prohibited by license restrictions?
My thoughts run along the line of: software applications developed under
linux, and available for linux/unix/windows/mac/etc.
My goals are: simplicity of visual tools, low cost, hopefully with some
support/support system for questions/problems (such as a mailing list:)).
