vtcl -- 1.09 - Toplevel names

Not a big deal, but I noticed this in previous versions as well:

When you open an application in vTcl that has some hidden toplevel
windows, the "Toplevel Windows" window shows their actual names (top19,
etc) instead of the names that you assigned and saved as the "Title" in
the Geometry Information window.

As soon as you select and show a toplevel, the name in the "Toplevel
Windows" window changes to the proper title.
