Lost functions

I tried to build a small application with vtcl. I was happy for a few
days, everithing seemed nice, but now I put some new objects to the
application toplevel, and all of my other toplevels, and the functions had
been lost!

If it's a feature, I do not need this. 
Does anyoune encountered something similar, or I am the first lucky man
who must start the 4 day work from scratch?
