        You can get Emacs for Win95 & WinNT, very similar to XEmacs in
appearance... I wasn't meaning to support only Emacs though - just
that if someone REALLY wants a full-featured context-sensitive editor
Emacs might be a place to start since it supports client-server mode
and syntax highlighting already.
