frames can be used to group objects and as such may not be visible
(relief option) or may have very little surface available to grab.
An easier option is to select a direct child of the frame and
use the <Select Parent> option. This can be achieved by right-clicking
on the child after selecting it (which brings up a menu) or go directly
to the menu bar.
