Widget selection via keyboard

Hello,

Is there a way to select a widget by using the keyboard only?  I find that when
I select a widget by clicking on it, sometimes this moves the widget, which is
very annoying.  It would be nice if you could position the mouse cursor over
a widget and then select it with a keyboard button.  The problem seems worse
for me on Windows NT, perhaps because the mouse is more sensitive to motion,
i'm not sure.
