Using fvwm, after I saved my first work as foobar.tcl, I exited vtcl
and restarted, trying to open foobar.tcl.
Got the following error message and no widget tree or top level window.
kc:ERROR WHILE SOURCING PROJECT:can't use placer on top-level window "."; use wm
command instead
