in principle yes! But it cannot handle the Itcl's OO features, nor it can work
with Itcl's megawidgets. I have written an enhancement lib (based on the Tix
lib of Kenneth Cox - Hi Ken), which introduce most of the megawidgets into
vTcl 1.10. It works for me now. For the future I plan to introduce also an OO
Browser into vTcl. But I do not know when I have time to do it.
