Has anyone been building new widgets for vtcl? For instance, rather than
everyone building a scrolling text window out of the current widgets, someone
could build one once, debug it, optimise it, then make it available to
the others. Someone who has written a file selector, a color picker, a
printer selector, etc. could do the same. Eventually a nice set of
development widgets would evolve for quicker application development.
Otherwise, I would love for folk who would like to contribute something
to send along other tutorials. I will help you flesh them out - I'll
walk thru them, let you know when something appears to be missing, misspelled,
etc.
It's frustrating to see the potential in vtcl but not know enough of how
to use it to be able to write applications in it.
