Don't forget Dr John Ousterhouts book - Tcl and the Tk Toolkit,
Addison-Wesley Publishing 1994, ISBN: 0-201-63337-X

I found its structure from start to finish, well until the C sections,
worked very well. One of the few technical references that I can use in
this way. The examples get progressively complex as one goes along,
I didn't find myself getting bogged down in complex constructs when I
opened the cover. I wish more references were written in this way...
