Well, I always suggest folk check
<URL:http://www.teraform.com/%7Elvirden/tcl-faq/part4.html> and
<URL:http://www.teraform.com/%7Elvirden/tcl-faq/part5.html> when they are
seeking either programs or extensions. However, the catch is that you
would have to know what you were seeking.

I suspect you are asking for a text based equivalent to Tk. In that
case, the good news is that there is a cTk which is a curses Tk. The
bad news is that it is rather old and hasn't been supported by it's
author for some time. The good news is that a gentleman whose name
escapes me mentioned this summer at the Tcl workshop that he was using
cTk in some applications for the Army and that he was considering
making a new release of the code. The bad news is that he won't be
able to do that until he finishes the release of his software. The
good news is that he indicated he hoped this would be yet this year.
The uncertain news is that there's no word as to whether he will be
interested in providing future support of the package.
