I'm currently writing some applications.
(a bug-tracking server/client deal for my Company,
a X mail reader. and 4-5 simple 'newbie' applications
< for example. a simple tcl versions of xbiff, and xlock. >)

I needs to make sure some of the programs i write are winblows compliant.
Can anywhere tell me where i can get tcl/tk source/executable for win95??
