Yes, you were wrong. If you know nothing about Tk and Tcl, then vtcl
will not be of a lot of help. There are basic constructs within Tk that
you will need to know before you will be able to use Tk.
Perhaps companies have built full environments which permit one to generate
programs without knowing anything whatsoever about the underlying language.
However, vtcl isn't at that point yet. Perhaps someday.
However, the next release will contain (I hope) a tutorial to at least
walk someone thru the use of vtcl to write a simple hello world application.
