I think Stewart said (maybe it's in the "todo" file) that he plans to add

I do this often with a large-ish application that I'm doing with vTcl. I
use emacs to do the editing.
I just save the source in vTcl and do a File/Close, then edit and save the
file in emacs, File/Open in vTcl. So far I've only edited the body
of functions and widget commands doing this and it's been OK.
