I'm kinda new at all this.  Would someone be willing to offer an example
of how I would use bindings to change the tab-order of objects in a
window?  I've reviewed "man bind" on Linux and the "bind" entry in the
Windows 95 help file for tcl/tk, and I'm confused.

I was hoping maybe to come up with a way that a Visual TCL user could
just change the tab order by dragging or filling in a form.
