 Yes. If I was going to do this, I would prefer a 100% Java solution so
 TclBlend isn't that attractive. It also implies that Jacl won't be useful
 until it's complete as access to Tk is imperative.
 Why 100% Java? Well, it's cumbersome to install an application if it
 requires two VM/interpreters. It's difficult to maintain a hybrid code-
 base and it's more difficult to do language abstraction.
