The canvas postscript stuff doesn't handle embedded widgets, it just
deals with things you have drawn on the canvas.
There is an extension see:
http://home.wxs.nl/~nijtmans/dash.html
which I think handles images embedded in a canvas. I don't know if
it does embedded widgets though.
