Try the attached files; it does what you want, I think, but I use tcl/tk-8
-- you should however have no problems with it. To try, run "wish
balloon.tcl"
It relies on the existence of a help file, with the messages associated
with each widget. You can edit/create the help text.
For more help read the source (that is commented in Portuguese :-) -- after
all 200 millions of people in the world can read portuguese! -- you could
be one of these :-))
You could as well read the vTcl source ... improvements are wellcome.
