::Visual Gipsy
Prof Kenneth H Jacker,
Here is that URL for Visual Gipsy you were asking about.

::vtcl
I've just recently been introduced to VTcl (1.2) and Tcl (8.3). The
program looks great, but I can't seem to get it to work. When I try to
follow the steps in the tutorial for beginners, the programs freezes. It
doesn't seem to freeze at any specific place. Sometimes it would freeze as
soon as I try to create a toplevel window. Sometimes it freezes when I get
to the part in the tutorial about creating a button. The platform I am
using right now is Windows NT 4.0 SP6a. I have tried to read through the
faq pages linked to the main site but I haven't seen any answer. Any
suggestions would be helpful, Thank you.
