I removed 1.3 and installed 1.2 but the problem continues. This time
the 1.2 version error message states that it cannot access my working
directory, huh?
The README file states under UNIX to "Make sure your DISPLAY
environment variable is set and type "vtcl" ". What DISPLAY? What does
this statement mean?
Please help.
