Below please find a short announcement from the 11/11/04 _Free Press_: The Community College of Vermont's Social Justice Committee is sponsoring a series of documentaries at the CCV-Burlington location. The showings will be open to students and the general public, and each film will be followed by a facilitated discussion during which audience members are encouraged to share their views. The schedule for the films is as follows: Tuesday, November 16, from 6:15 to 9 pm: _Gaza Strip_ takes an intimate look at Palestinian life inside the Gaza Strip. Wednesday, December 1, from 6:15 to 9 pm: _You Can't Be Neutral on a Moving Train_ covers the life and work of activist Howard Zinn. The series is made possible by a grant from By the People, an organization sponsored by MacNeil-Lehrer Productions. The purpose of the grant and the organization is to encourage the public to discuss America's role in the world today.
