Hi Friends, We are looking for some volunteers to help us move the Al Rowwad group around town for their various activities during their 6-day stay. We have two large vans rented, and have only one driver. We need one volunteer for each day from Tuesday-Friday. The weekend is covered. Please review the following schedule, and contact me if you can volunteer. (The vehicles are 12 and 15 passenger vans--only volunteer if you are comfortable with large vehicles, of course!!)
Tuesday, June 28: 9:00 am for van pick-up, and into the day for donations pick-ups. Wednesday, June 29: Morning and afternoon to activities, 3:30 pm to press conference at PJC, to cook-out at 6:00, back to Nancy's Thursday, June 30: 1:00 to church street, back to Nancy's after performance at night Friday, July 1: All day: to Stowe for Ben and Jerry's factory tour, to Montpelier for performance (FYI: Entire (tentative) itinerary is attached for those interested.)
