Hello,

Just to be clear, the only components that require CUDA are
vtkKWEImageFFT and vtkKWEImageRFFT. Most of VTKEdge does not require
CUDA:
notably neither vtkKWEGPUVolumeRayCastMapper nor the ParaView plugins
require CUDA.
