I downloaded and build VTKEdge for the first time and saw several
tests fail, e.g.

/home/doriad/bin/VTKEdge/bin/VTKEdgeWidgetsCxxTests: corrupted

I looked at the dashboard:
https://www.kitware.com/CDash/index.php?project=VTKEdge
and noticed that it is completely empty? Is there a problem with the
dashboard or are there really no expected builds?
