Trip, I updated with this code. Upon first opening an existing workspace I get "Unable to read workbench state. Workbench UI layout will be reset." Clicking OK to get past this, I see Eclipse in the Java perspective.
After I select the openVXML Perspective and double-clicking the CallDesign.xml, I see "An error has occurred. See error log for more details."
