Hi Tiger!P,
   You can use spec-files ('package' directory in main tarball) with 
appropriate tarballs (root directory in main tarball) inside. This is what
ordinary contain '.src.rpm' and must work on all distros 
(SuSE,Mandriva,RH,FC).
