We ran into that problem just yesterday as well, on the same panel.

It seems that if your terminal size is not large enough, then you get
mostly a blank panel.

And among the 4 people that were involved, only two of them had
screens large enough for it to be visible. 

( How many people does it take for a light bulb to turn on?  )

It finally dawned on us at 9:00 last night that it was related to
terminal size.

This panel seems like a problem, maybe the minimum size is too large.
