Summary: Function Argument Support for xs:integer*

The current function xml document has a parameter defined as xs:integer*
(codepointsToString). Although when a query is run with this function an error
is returns for a failure in static type analysis. The argument is allowed when
the type is changed to xs:untypedAtomic*. Is xs:integer* supported?
