I think we have to collectively decide how we will do it. My personal
take is that I do not care what language we use as long as there are
clear instructions for how someone can get those scripts and create the
XML version of that dataset locally. I would not like there to be manual
steps in the process other than downloading files and executing scripts.
But again, this is just my personal preference.
