Ok, I'll put the license in and create a new release candidate. But I've got a few questions on how to do that: According to 4.2 b it seems that it's good enough if we put the URI of the license in. Is this good enough from an Apache point of view as well? Also, would the LICENSE file contain wording which license applies to which part of the release? (Do you maybe know of a good example of a LICENSE file that contains more than one license?)
I think that 4.3 applies to products that use and expose the content of the database that is being licensed. Since we use it only for testing, I think that this does not apply to us, but IANAL.
